Zulily Shipping & Delivery
We ship items from multiple locations, so we estimate when they will be delivered to you. Items shipped from the Zulily warehouse fulfillment center in the United States typically arrive within 5-7 days. Items shipped from an international location typically arrive 9-14 days after leaving that warehouse.
If your package will be shipped more than 3 days beyond our estimate, we will email it to you.
Most Zulily orders are shipped via UPS Ground and Air. We use their SurePost and Mail Innovations programs. We also work with OnTrac, LSO (Lone Star Overnight) and other regional providers. These programs allow us to rely on a network of carriers for shipping and handling, and your local U.S. Postal Service carrier for final delivery. For very large items that require special handling, we work with Ceva. For international customers, Zulily uses a variety of shipping partners to provide the fastest, most reliable service.
Zulily Returns
After receiving an item eligible for return, you have 30 days to submit a return request and have your item shipped to Zulily.
Items that are not eligible for return include: swimwear, intimate apparel, personalized items, food, cosmetics, personal hygiene items (i.e. masks), furniture, heavy/large items, some electronics, and some luxury items.
In addition, to receive store credit, all returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in the original packaging with tags. Be sure to include any warranty cards and accessories (if applicable). Garments must also be unworn and unwashed.
